last night i asked my mom to hide the scale and not let me have it, no matter how much i wanted it, until friday.

hopefully this will be a good strategy so i stop obsessing.
bc i think i've crossed that fine line of caring and obsession

    Yikes! Well, do whatever you need to do to keep off that scale!

    The scale is the devil!! lol! I weigh only once a week and have done so for months now and it keeps me sane! I do have a maintain here and there but I don't stress. Eventually the body will catch up if you are doing everything right.

    And even if you do weigh once a week, always keep in mind that it is only a guideline to how you are doing and not a true account of what is going on with your body.

    I weigh every morning. It keeps me on motivated to do the right thing.
