if you are busy and always on the go alot of times pre logging and pre-packing meals is a great way to go. Help prevent those spur of the moment poor decisions.0

Totally agree with pre logging. It helps me stay accountable to myself. I always have healthy snacks on hand so I don't go to the vending machine.0

I'm a nurse that works part time in home health. I'm always on the go. I try to pack my own snacks or if that fails subway sandwiches or Panera bread is my backup.0
