Hi! I'm hoping that this time I can stick to inputting all my foods and drinks and monitor my progress! I've just started to post my foods etc on Instagram @mygymhigh the people who have followed me so far are keeping me motivated to enter a healthier lifestyle!

It's really helping me to stay focused on my goals and this app just reinforces that. I can see exactly what I've eaten and control the calorie intake, it's so surprising how if you don't think about what your eating the calories add up before you know it! Begs the q0
