  • I need some support here. I am 30 lbs over weight . I need some help.
I have tried diet after diet. The only thing that I thought was was working for me the Dr. Made me stop doing it. It had my Aniexty and panic attacks come back.
So now I am doing Body bi Vi. But I can't really see any difference in that either.
There is another product out there I want to try but I am skeptical about it. Even though I have seen and know people that have lost on it. . I just want to like myself. With weighting at 197. It's hard. But I never seem to get anywhere. I'll lose 10 pounds and turn around and gain it back. Been going on for several years.
I am eating around 1200 calories a day. Can someone please help me out.

Hi your story sounds like mine. I will lose then get bored and gain it all back. I tried Weight watchers, Atkins. South Beach the grapefruit diet, the cabbage soup diet all to no avail. I need to lose 30 pounds as well. We have to stop looking at losing weight as a diet but as a life style change; something we plan to do for the rest of our lives. Which is why I have not cut anything from my diet and learn to eat in moderation. I lose motivation because of my adult ADD I get bored. I try to change things up. I have found this site helpful along with people who help keep going both in my personal life and on the site. The bottom line is we have burn more than we eat. So basically eat less and get moving!!! I have no scientific anything, I don't know about BMR or macros. Good luck feel free to add me as a friend, I can offer motivation and support!!!

You don't need a special food to eat or shake to drink. You need portion control. Weigh and measure everything. Move. Do any kind of exercise. The weight will come off, but you have to be patient.
