How often do you exercise

Scheduled workouts are six days a week. M-W-F are free weights for arms/legs, then Tu-Th-Sa are body weight exercises for core strength. After that, every day is at least 20 minutes of cardio, usually my bike trainer. On Saturday I'll up that to 45 minutes because that's how long an episode of White Collar is (gotta get your motivation where you can!). Each workout closes with 15-20 minutes of yoga and stretching to cool down and loosen up. I was not very flexible at all growing up, but that has really changed in the last two years!
Sunday is a break from my workout schedule, but almost always includes some sort of activity like a nice long walk, some vigorous housecleaning, or, in the case of this winter, shoveling out the car from the latest weekly blizzard.0 -
3-5 days a week, depending on how busy I am and how my body feels. I'd rather go to the gym/running fewer times but put more into it, than I would go every day and half-*kitten* it, which knowing me is what would happen if I pushed myself to go 5+ days a week.0

Every other day. I work out really hard so on the off days I rest up and let my muscles build and my joints recover. I'm arthritic. As tempting as it is to try to work out every day, I know it's better for me to take the rest days.0

6 days. 3 days cardio (M,W,F)/ 3 days weight training (T, T, S). The cardio days I usually do an Insanity video or a combo of T25/P90X3 vids. Weight training days I do Body Beast and then add in some of my own exercises. Typically I allot an hour for my workouts. I find being on the 50/50 split between cardio and weights is when I get my best results rather then just being on one program such as Insanity that is heavy cardio or Body Beast which is all weights.0

Brisk walks every day. I was running 4-5 times a week, but a tendon problem was causing much pain, so I stopped for a while. I am getting back into riding my bike, too, as part of my commute to work.0

I do strength training 4 days a week and usually just only do Cardio 2 times a week. I'm in the gym 4-5 times a week, 6 if I'm having a really good week!0
-
5-6 days. I do Boot Camp Cardio Strength classes 4x week and 1-2 light cardio days at another gym.0
-
Monday - easy ride
Tuesday - Tempo ride AM/Lifting PM (two-a-day Tuesday)
Wednesday - Speed work ride
Thursday - Tempo ride AM/Lifting PM (two-a-day Thursday)
Friday - Rest Day usually...but dependent on how the rest of the week panned out (but I still walk 3 miles or so)
Saturday - easy ride/training session with coach
Sunday - group ride with coach (coach's choice...maybe slow paced but long ride...might be a shorter tempo ride...might be hills, sprints and attack, etc)0 -
3 days a week - but it's definitely not enough and not for long enough each time.0

Six days a week, usually alternating strength training and running, weather permitting. I only run outside, and I won't run if there's heavy snow or ice, cold rain (warm rain is wonderful) or temps below 20. My love of running doesn't trump my hatred of being cold.0

I lift 6 days a week and do cardio everyday0
-
Daily - each week, 3 days of weight training and 4 days of cardio.0

Daily
Sunday - long run (10+ miles)
Monday- RPM (spin class)
Tuesday- short run (4-6 miles)*
Wed- Body pump (weight class)
Thursday- training session (TRX, HIIT, cross fit or Tabata)
Friday- med rum (7-9 miles)
Saturday- training session (TRX, HIIT, cross fit or tabata)
*every two weeks I do yoga as active recovery.
Edit- That being said I will listen to my body and if I am not feeling it then I will take a day off.0 -
6. 3 days lift, 3 days run. I try to keep it regular but it'll sneak an extra rest day in as need and just dump a rest day as needed.0
-
5 or 6 generally.
MW --> Strength Training Circuit class 45 min
TTh -- > 1hr Cardio (running/erg or if it's nice cycling outside)
Sunday --> Pure Barre (55 min)
I try to get in a yoga class on either Friday or Saturday as well. But that's the one I'm most likely to skip, tbh.0 -
Every single day, sometimes twice a day.
Days off completely only happen post-races. My "rest day" always has at least some core strength training.0 -
4-5x a week pretty intense 1-hr workouts (weights/running/rowing/calisthenics), 4-5x a week 2.5 mile walks. I usually completely rest 1 day.0

6 days. 9-12 hours a week.
TUE- rest & recovery, I eat maintenance calories, light dog walking, stretching, vinyasa yoga, massages, etc
WED- running 4-6 miles, walking 20 min
THUR- easy bike 12-14 miles, yoga
FRI- open water swimming OR intense body weight strength and core
SAT- easy run 3-4 miles, walking 20 minutes, stretching
SUN- long bike 20-45 miles, stretching
