    I don't think you hate yourself-- you love yourself enough to come to a place where you can get some support! :)

    Don't hate yourself, simply work on yourself and get healthy. :) It actually goes easier if you learn to love yourself in the process. I used to be fat also. Take it a day at a time and celebrate your little victories.

    I'm trying its just hard wen the only person that is pushing is you ,well everybody Else all they do is call you names and remind you of how fat you are

    It's them who has the problem. Saying words like that, they should love you for you and give support!

    You should let those horrible people be your motivation :) but do it for you, not them.
