Swimming/gym updates

Just wanted to hear people's updates from the swimming/gym world as I'm swimming most days and always looking for tips and available for any advice. (Swimming for 20 years)

Il start...:). Did an hour last night, 8x200m, on 3 min 40s. Then some flipper sprints for 32 lengths with a 24 length build up/warm down..twice in the day, with 25 mins on the bike for good measure!!0

Nice one Bruce. I'm a sprinter by choice so distance is pretty hard for me but I'm getting there.0

I teach Watergym & love it!! I have been out for 2 weeks due to Influenza A and pneumonia and am so anxious to get back in the water!0

Water gym. ..cool. no idea what that is butsounds really hard lol0

Did a warm up of 24 x 25m on 30s tonight. Then a main set of 8x 225m on 4 mins..was ok. Felt I had more to offer but love swimming I go if it's just me. And a top sauna after..Ohhhh yeah0
