Here we go...35lb loss by July 4th

Let myself go this winter...I still lift 5 days a week but was eating ANYTHING and EVERYTHING. Today's the first day of the diet. I've done it before back in high school. Lost 45lbs than. But have gained some of that back over the years. Any tips out there to stay focused/weight loss?

    Hi! I've been counting calories on this site for a little over a month and I'm five pounds down. The best thing for me has been to eat more slowly so I feel more full during meals. Eventually my stomach shrunk and I'm now eating smaller portions. That was the hardest part for me. If you need any motivation feel free to add me! :)
