Hi everyone

i just joined up. I'm hoping to lose 21lbs over the next few months to get to target. I hope to get to know you soon and make friends to support and encourage each other. I have lots of motivation but my downfall is willpower!

    Thanks everyone. Just finding my way around just now, this seems to be a really good way to track progress ans not allow myself to cheat ;)

    It is great to make you really think about what you eat and stop you having that naughty treat because you dont want to have to add it to your diary.

    I am new to my fitness pal also. I love how easy it is to track what you are eating. I could use someone to help push me to stay motivated too!
