I'm about 5'4" and I weigh about 160 lbs right now. (Goal is 130 lbs) and I have a decent stomach, it's not super flat but it's small. And then I have big thighs, calves, and butt. I really just want to tone up that area, while also losing weight. Just looking for exercises and routines, or even nutrition advice. Any help would be appreciated

First, the bad news: There's really no way to spot reduce certain areas. Your body's gonna decide where to drop the weight -- some women carry more weight in their top half, some in their hips and thighs, and some in other areas.
Now, the good news: Small stomach, larger hips is actually a healthier body type than the reverse, associated with lower risks of all sorts of health problems. So, count yourself lucky.
You can lose those 30 pounds by eating at a calorie deficit, i.e. eating fewer calories each day than you burn.
You can tone up your whole body by exercising while in a calorie deficit. Strength train (weights, body resistance exercises, power yoga, whatever) in order to preserve your lean muscle mass while losing fat. That will help you look more lean and toned overall.
(You still may have larger thighs, calves and butt, though. These things are somewhat genetic.)0 -

I'm built the same way! I'm also pretty much the same stats as you! I'm 5 3.5 and 159 lbs. I'll add you as a friend and we can try and help each other try and slim down our lower half!0 -
