Aggghhhh!!! help

Hi guys, well i have been doing my fitness pal for the past 3-4 (2 weeks prior to this i was dieting alone!!!) and in the mane i have been good, however i have started to notice that im craving things that i really cant have eg choclate biscuits and cake, i desperately want to improve my overall fitness and shift some of the lard i've put on over the last 15 years, and altough im really pleased that ive nearly lost 1 stone in a relatively short space of time im worried that im about to fall off the diet and excercise wagon!...anyone got any tips for me...thanks buddies :-)

    Stay on the wagon!!! Fair to say we all get cravings and I just factored mine in to allowance.....and that includes drinkies as well! You will be fine I am sure.
  • o:) Thanks for the positive response i've not had a major blow out yet, and have just been having a few treats within my allowance ..onwards and upwards eh!! to celebrate i think its a gin and slim after i've done my x trainer and excercise bike tonight, good luck with your own journey

    I think it's ok to give in to cravings sometimes (I had 9 chocolate kisses yesterday!) as long as you are eating healthy otherwise. It's good to enjoy a nice treat once in a while!

    And after 3-4 weeks, it has likely become a habit, so just keep at it!
