    I'm 26, 5'6"

    SW: 294
    CW: 201
    GW: 150

I have a very large frame. There's nothing small about me, I have a big head, neck, wrists, hips, calves, ankles, feet...alll of it. So I'm being conservative and making my goal the very top end of healthy for my height. If I get there and want to lose more, I'll do it.

I'm right there with you, having a large frame. I have very large feet, hands, wrists, and ankles and long arms, etc., so I tend to look decent at a higher weight for my height. I would still LOVE to get below 140.

I'm 5'4" or 5'5" and I want to get somewhere between 130-140, not sure yet. My smallest was 156 and I wasn't quite happy there.

Shameful I have yet to post anything on this. I am still working on this, I am a success attitude thing. Just remember, everyone is different and so goals are going to be all over the place. I am 5'6 1/2", small framed, and my GW is 125, maybe more, maybe less. I am more on look and I do want to build muscle too. My current weight is around 138 avg and my start weight was 246lbs. Still working my way down.

Long ways to go, but on the right track... Make sure you take MEASUREMENTS too! that's a real motivator when the scale isn't moving, to be able to see you are still losing inches

    I'm 35, 5'4.5". I've been logging for almost 10 months.

Great job! Keep up the great work. We're very close in stats. I'm 35yrs old, 5'4" and currently at 163. So its always good to see results for others. It helps me believe that it CAN be done and I need to stick with it. Again, you're lookin' good. Keep it up! :)

    I'm 36
    5' 7.5"
    SW: 187 (that's from a year ago - my highest was 235)
    CW: 175
    GW: 135-145

The issue here is I have no idea what my LBM is, so my goal weight is going to end up being the weight I am when I like the way I look. I'm wildly flexible with this number because I started lifting. That is a bit of a game changer...

I'm pretty happy now but I'd like to lose maybe around another 10lbs to make high rep bodyweigh for exercises like pull-ups easier

I started between 235 and 240 in March 2012 and I now weight 170-177 on any given day. I am 5'5". I tend to fluctuate 5-10 pounds per week. My goal weight is 165. I am 41. Have been maintaining weight for about 15 months but have droppped body fat. I am a competitive Crossfitter and powerlifter, so even though I never trained for hypertrophy, I am bulky in that I have a LOT of muscle mass. I am okay with that though. I worked hard to get strong! I look normal in clothing but in workout clothes, I am quadzilla. But, they are strong awesome quads that make me good at sports at age 41!

Current Weight (This is early fall but my weight is the same: 170-175). Other than making my weight class, body composition is what matters to me and the scale means very little. I'm nearly obese in terms of BMI!

166 pounds is very close to what I see as an average 150 pound woman. And maybe its still the fat girl in me that sees 150 as average when average should really be 135.

    Starting weight:210
    Current weight: 166
Goal weight: I want to be under 150 numbers wise and after that just focus on being healthy and building strength

    Thoughts? Comments?

Add me/ Message me/ Whatever - I'm open for discussion

Started working out 4 years ago after reaching my highest weight of 199 after having my son. I initially lost 50 lbs. And then I fell off the band wagon. 3 years later I'm hopping back on. I started back at the gym on Monday, and started healthy eating (my diet before was crap) just wanted to share what I've achieved in one week of a healthy lifestyle. Mind you it's no huge difference, but I can already see how much bloating I've lost.

I'm just starting out.. i'm on day 18 of counting my calories and have lost 6 lbs..

I'm 5/5, 32 years old. I have PCOS so it's challenging to lose weight and very easy to gain weight.

    SW: 237
    CW: 231
GW: 150 (The higher end of the healthy range for my BMI)

I Hope I stay motivated. At my lowest, I weighed 140.

    I'm 18, 5'4 and currently 105-110 lbs. I used to be 170 lbs. :-)
my goal weight was originally 120, then lowered it to 110-115, but ended up at 105-108 lbs today. Am trying to maintain, or even gain a bit.

I'm 5' 4". My heaviest was 210 my senior year of high school. Since I've started logging and exercising regularly. I'm down 3 lbs, but I won't measure again until next weekend. That'll be exactly one month from my first measurements. I think I can see more of a change in how I look than I do on the scale at the moment. We will find out. My lowest was a year and a half ago, I weighed 150. Then I got an office job, and snacked all day long and put on the extra weight again.

    SW: 176
    CW: 173
GW: 130/140...not too sure, I just know what I wanna look like, so once I get there I'll figure out what that number is.
