so I recently (a few months ago) began doing a lot more arm/chest/back strength training and I just noticed that my right breast looks about an entire bra size smaller than my left one!! I know part of it has to do with being right handed and using the right-arm muscles more but it I've never had this happen before. Has this happened to anyone else? Any ideas on how to balance things back out?

If you never had this happen before, why do you think it's from being right handed? Did you just start using your right hand? (It's possible I suppose).

I guess that's the only reason I could think of...like somehow the chest and shoulder muscles have become stronger on the right side than the left because they were more developed to begin with? Maybe?

I don't think so. You can definitely get imbalances when you weight training, but not in the breast itself. Breasts are fat. Not muscle. Have you measure around your bust since you noticed? I'm also just assuming all of this because I'm not a professional.

Has the weight training also included some weight loss? (Mine have always been different sizes but I have noticed that the size difference seems to be more obvious the more weight lost. Maybe this is what is going on?)

I know that breasts are fat and not muscle so it seems as though the weight I have lost so far has just come right out of one boob haha

lol. Sorry. Yeah, I don't know. If you're losing weight maybe it's coming off disproportionately.
