Winter Workout

I can't express enough how much I can't stand the winter cold. But after taking a few snowboard lessons, I can't think of any exercise that I'd rather do during the cold season. If you haven't given it a try, I completely recommend it. It's not unusual for me to spend a good 2-3 hours snowboarding. And this is not snowboard a few times and go to the chalet, this is JUST snowboarding. It can be 23 degrees and I will be sweating and ready to take my coat off.
Snowboarding OR Skiing is a great way to bring your family together also. So if you haven't tried it, late season passes are really cheap as are lessons.
How does everyone else keep in shape OUTSIDE during the winter months?

No hills around here for snowboarding, but it sounds like fun. The only outdoor thing I do is maybe shoveling snow.0
