I think I would just lump sex in with your BMR unless sex for you is very rare :(

I never log it, it's never a few mins and would be considered a good work out but it's like a secret work out that burns extra cals lol

Exercise should be something new that you do - not something that you did along the way to get to your current weight. Seriously - house cleaning - light to moderate effort??? ROFL. (It's there - look it up!) Count this sort of thing is you want to post messages in a few weeks asking why you are not losing.

Jump on a treadmill, elliptical, go for a 3 mile walk/run/bike ride, do calisthenics, lift weights...now that counts.

I don't count any household activities..sex, cleaning, laundry, running around with my child..none of that. I didn't even count tiling my tub surround or installing doors.

I will log tennis, cycling, hiking, lifting, etc.

Wear your heart rate monitor ... Report back after the ....errr ... event and let us know how many calories you burned.

Calculator for calories burned during sex: http://www.sexcalculator.co.uk/

You can log it as whatever aerobic exercise you like and change the calories you've burned.

You probably shouldn't log sex you were having anyway as that's part of your baseline calorie burn. However, if you're doing new, inventive, and more frequent things with your suddenly skinny body, count those calories as a job well done. ;)

There's no need. At least you're not logging cat food.

Only when it's with someone else. Make sure you log oral in your food diary. I make sure I hit my daily Marcos there.

I think ours has more protein than theirs. Theirs gives me a high carb count (so sweet) :#

^^^^*kitten* got a little too vivid I think? I may edit this soon...^^^^
