I don't adjust each day. I eat what MFP tells me to, as my deficit to lose is already built in. MFP adjusted mine every 10lbs I lost, now I've set it to a goal which gives me a slight deficit each day since I am close to goal.0

I adjust them about every 5 pounds lost or so. At this rate, it means I'm adjusting calories about every 2-3 months.0

No. The difference in a pound or two is pretty negligible. You can adjust your calorie goal every 10lbs or so and still lose weight at a consistent rate.0

I adjust every 10 lbs or if I stall for a few months0
