You don't need to be sugar-free to lose weight.
All you need to lose weight is a calorie deficit (burning more calories than you consume) which can be achieved while eating foods full of sugar… like cake, donuts, cookies, etc.
If you need to lose weight, do it the right way instead of eliminating food groups which sets you up for failure.0 -
