Close to Goal

I am about four pounds away from my goal weight :) . Should I begin increasing my calories by a small amount now, or wait until I reach goal?

    Do you feel you need the extra calories? If so then of course lessen your deficit, as long as you don't mind it taking a while longer. It's all about what works best for you personally :smile:

    I'm about 4lbs away from my goal as well and have maintained this for about two months, so I decreased my activity level so as to be allowed fewer calories and have been doing this for about a week without results. Im stuck!

    I'm right there with you, and stuck the past couple of weeks. Don't worry just keep working at it and then it will probably just do a quick drop. That's what's happened to me lately no movement then a quick drop and then hold and repeat. Long as I'm at goal by March 23 when I go to Mexico I will be happy.
