Short woman - what is your goal weight?

Hello fellow petites - I'm 5' exactly (152 cm). I'm currently 136 (way too high for my very small frame) and my aim is 119. I think this is sensible for me - and factors in that I'm middle aged and I want a large portion of this goal to be met by getting back into distance running properly - so will include toning and increasing muscle mass.0

I am 5' 1/2". Current weight is 135. Goal is 120.0

Height: 5'1"
Age: 22
Current Weight: 138.5
Healthy Weight: 132
Goal Weight: 120
I want to get within my healthy weight range and also build muscle.0 -
5' curvaceous Italian here . Currently 135, and aiming for 118~120.....0

Am I too tall to "weigh in" on this topic? I'm 5'5, which is "average" height My long term eventual goal is 130, but my goal for right now is just 175. I have always been heavy.
I used this calculator:
http://www.calculator.net/ideal-weight-calculator.html
I am shooting for GW 120 on my 5' 3" frame. Right now I am 135.5.
That is cool link!!! Here is my "ideal"....
Based on the Robinson formula (1983), your ideal weight is 119.3 lbs
Based on the Miller formula (1983), your ideal weight is 126.1 lbs
Based on the Devine formula (1974), your ideal weight is 115.5 lbs
Based on the Hamwi formula (1964), your ideal weight is 114.9 lbs
Based on the healthy BMI recommendation, your recommended weight is 104.4 lbs - 141.1 lbs

5'2" here and 120 is my goal. SW 150 and current weight 144. Seems like a long way to go but I am up for the challenge.0

I'm 5 ft and 126, 45 years old. My ideal is 110 but my realistic goal is 118. I just want to fit into a size 4 petite at Banana Republic again. I just joined this site a week ago and weigh in every Monday so hoping this works.0

I don't really have a weight goal, I'm more interested in reaching 25% - 24% body fat0

I'm 4'11" and currently flucuates around 108. My goal is 105 but seem stalled out. I am starting to lift and if I lose inches and gain a little I'm ok with that if I have muscle definition and less flabbiness.0

I am 5ft and according to a health test that I had done at the gym, I should be at 110, so around 20lbs to loose, lost 25 last year. Then gained a few over the christmas break.0

30 y/o. 4'11" and started at 163. Not sure how i ended up that high. Much stress and depression I guess. I'm down to about 155 now. Short term goal is 140lbs. Long term goal is 125-130. In high school I was 116. Shot up to 140 in uni. Man di I ever wish I was as small as you other shorties. 140 seems like a dream!0

I'm 5'3" and currently between 136-138. My goal is 130, because I want to keep my boobs (small as they may be!). 130 would be a good running/racing weight, and if I end up smaller than that, fine! But 130 is my target for now; lose the pounds in the middle, and keep all the leg muscles!0

Hi anyone feel free to add me! I am 5'1 I have lost a total of about 11 pounds. I am 107 right now. My goal weight between 102-1050

5'2 or so says my doctors records. My goal is 130. SW 262 CW: To be seen when my new scale arrives! My last record is 218.0

Not necessarily.
My body type is "apple" which means I carry the fat on my gut, blah.
Currently my waist measurement is 37" @ 135.5 and 5'3". I need to get down to 31" minimum in order to be in the "healthy range" for heart health.
That is my real goal with my weight loss.

5'1", currently 128 down from 134, which felt awful, belly tight. Goal is 115, with an athletic hobby (rowing) that rewards smaller sizes with equal strength (boat moves faster!). I have a rowing friend who is an inch taller and my goal weight and looks great, with a similar frame (and she's strong!) 120 is my absolute never want to get above point and have been that before. Have been a big evening grazer always which even with lots of exercise kept me soft and didn't allow me to sustain that lower weight. I've finally cut out the evening graze and been really diligent about logging accurately.
The weight charts do list up to 134ish as healthy range for weights, but that's upper limits BMI. A muscular strong woman could pull that off, but same weight but less muscle will just be soft most likely (OP, 120 is probably realistic, but you may end up looking great at 125 depending on your build.
What us short women have to wrap our minds around is not eating like those who are much taller, younger, male, etc.

Get to your first goal and reassess. Body composition plays a huge role. I'm almost 135 now but I'm taller than you, 5'4", and feel okay here but think I would prefer 130. If I had not lifted and saved some muscle I don't know how I'd feel.0
