For as little as you have to lose, that's incredible! You definitely shouldn't be doing anything more.0 -
Sounds horrid. Why don't you try something sustainable?0
-
17 More pounds to go, next weigh in March 1st hoping for 187 LBS. I feel awesome Yahh me.0

Why would I do that then I would not have a calorie deficit. Correct me if I am wrong.0 -

You are wrong. MFP has a built in calorie deficit. That means any exercise you do is "extra" and those calories can (and often should) be eaten back.0 -
God you're going to burn out ..that's the maddest plan I've ever seen
Kick it back, chill out, stick to a calorie defecit and stop being a nutnut0 -

MFP has a built in deficit, so the number they give you already includes it. You earn additional calories through exercise.0 -
MFP is a calorie site...it sets you a calorie limit at which you will lose weight then you add in your exercise
Your diet plan is prime yo-yo territory ..you can only hold that with motivation and motivation is necessarily temporary...eat properly, build in room to breathe ..learn portion control, normal foods, how to fuel your body to exercise ..that process teachers you how to live happily as you lose weight0 -
Today I may not get to the gym, I really want to go. I need to walk or run for at least 1 hour. If I can't hit the gym i will be eating less. So far I have learned I enjoy my night time snack. I enjoy eating a popsicle at night. I am trying not to go over 1000 cals a day, but I keep eating 1200-1300 a day. Starting today I will do better. I have 17 pounds to lose. I will be able to fit my old jeans in 11 pounds. I am so excited.
I love working out and being healthy. My husband is even doing better, and he is looking good. he is getting BIG, and Strong. Our sex life is really increasing. I don't want to be skinny at ALL. I love hips and curves. A lot of people my height 5'4 would want to be like 125-140, but I dont. I have soooooo much muscle I always appear 10 pounds lighter than what I really am. Example at 178 ill look 168. So I win
Tomorrow is the work week, and I have to be there. I hope the week goes soo fast. Goal is to keep busy at work, and busy at home. I live for the weekends. I do love my job tho, it's really my dream job. Once i open my business next month, I will still work there, you need to have many income streams.
Time to clean and spend some alone time with God. I love my Life!0 -

Most people don't keep journals on this board. This is a place for questions, which is why you are getting advice.0

Ummmm.....you're overdoing it a bit. Why would you do 2 hours of cardio 4 days a week plus all those other exercises, and then at so little food?
This sounds like you are headed down the eating disorder road.
Congratulations on your weight loss, but you really don't have that much left to lose.Set a calorie deficit to lose weight at 2 pounds a week and stick to it, plus moderate exercise since you like to exercise.

You only have 17 pounds to go? Set your goals to lose .5 pounds a week instead.
