 Struggles/successes this week: I've been fighting a sinus infection this week, and alot of stress at work. I had to force myself to get in a workout most days when all I wanted to do was lay on the couch. I've realized that the exercise does tend to give me more energy, and it's just a matter of just doing it.

I have worked out and counted calories every day this week (started the 21 day fix videos) I missed a few days with going over calories but in comparison to what I usually it it's a lot less. Not sure why the scale is going up 0 0

 Honestly, I couldn't believe the scale this morning. I had stayed at 169 all week then was down 2.6 lbs this morning! I haven't been able to exercise this week because of the weather delaying school and work, so I've just been relying on diet, which has honestly been a little over 1200 calories this week. I'm happy, though!!!0

 Struggles/successes this week: Working out didn't go as planned, but I was still much more active than I was last couple of weeks. I also had one day when I went over my calorie goal for a few hundreds of calories, but I guess at the end of week I still managed to stay close to weekly goal. I experienced a big weight loss this week and I am not sure what is the reason- it could be just weight fluctuations or I really overestimated the calories in meals which I had at my parents' over the weekend. The good thing is that I reached my goal weight for this month early. I actually don't plan on losing much more- my first big goal was 56 kg, I'm thinking of maybe losing another 1-2 kg, but my main goal in the future will be improving my fitness and ratio between muscles and body fat.0

 Successes this week: I reached my goal weight! I need to be careful now as its TOM end of the week and I don't want the scale creeping up just because of that.
 Struggles this week: Two nights out this weekend means I went a bit carb crazy. Luckily it didn't seem to have any lasting effect but I need to stop drinking then getting peckish and eating the wrong food. Thats my goal next month.

 Struggles/successes this week: one workout last week. Days of Early starts and late endings as well as travel scuppered plans to get workouts in. Meals have also been difficult to plan - breakfasts tended to be fruit which isn't all bad just means that I've upped my carbs and i'm over what I usually allow myself. Modest loss this week and expect the same going into the final weigh in - though not going to beat myself up because I'm on a down-ward trajectory! Again, will be weighing a day late0

 Struggles/successes this week: So I didn't post last week because I had only lost 0.8lbs after monitoring my calories and exercising, and as such, felt very discouraged. Interestingly, this past week, I didn't monitor calories and I didn't exercise (unfortunately, no time), but I did take diet supplements (green coffee extract before lunch and Garcinia Cambogia before lunch) and I ate fruit for lunch- in general, I ate less but more often. I lost three pounds, which shocked me, and I'm starting to notice some changes on my body, which is really exciting! Maybe I can actually accomplish my goal? Maybe I can actually accomplish my goal?

 After gaining 2 pounds over Valentine's Day weekend, I've finally shed those pounds and am back to losing. Unfortunately, with only 4 more workouts to finish my les mills combat program, I'm sick, but will finish it as soon as I'm feeling better, which hopefully won't take too long! In the mean time, I'll rest and keep my calories down to make up for not working out.0

 I'm not looking forward to our last weigh in!!! February has been a bit of a lost cause for me....but I'll suck it up and move into March with renewed vigour!!!

 So did not reach my Feb goal. I only lost 4.6lb but i am still happy. i already dropped 60lbs in the last 6 months. the loss rate is definitely slowing down now. hopefully in March i can run more and drop another 5-6 lb.
