    I'm making pizza. Trader Joes pizza crust, olive oil, garlic, grilled chicken, banana peppers, feta, sun dried tomatoes and mozzarella.

    Tonight, left over Coho salmon, half a baked potato, romanesco and salad.

    Roasting a chicken with some fingerling potatoes, carrots, red onion, and TONS of garlic. Works for dinner tonight and I'll have enough for lunches for a few days this week!

    It says 2 servings but it was more like 3 servings for my family. I also had a baked egg roll.

    Tonight I had home made beef stew with a Mexican flair to it (black beans, corn, tomatoes and chilis, etc.) 277 calories per serving. Last night I had this, because I didn't have any lunch. I splurged a bit on calories for the meal. Triscuits, liverwurst (or if you want to be classy, liver pate), cheese, strawberries & blueberries...oh, and chardonnay.
