New-ish to MFP!

Hey there, I'm Kieran.

I'm 23 years old and currently out of work (well since August anyways).

I'm trying to use MFP again as a tool to lose weight. I'm currently lacking a good amount of exercise and am hoping to make friends with people to learn of any exercises that I can do, in and around my home.

Feel free to say hi, I don't bite, I promise. :D

    Hi ! I started on Mar 2nd - have lost 22 lbs so far. I just love this site. My first goal was to lose 25 lbs by next Tues. I think I'll make it ! Good luck in all you do :happy: Do any kind of stretch and squating exercise. A set of hand weights are good and don't forget pushups and crunches !

    Hello there..welcome...good luck on your journey to a new you.your going to do amazing..I'm new as well and I just love this site.its so positive...I started doing crunches (can't quite do situps yet), pushups, And squats...its a start and you will definitely see results or at least you will feel it.lol...

    I'll look into hand weights, what's the best weight size to begin with in your opinion?

    I'm sure I can get into doing crunches, sit ups & squats. :)
