The first step to success is recognizing your goals! Don't worry about the weight you've gained over the past 10 years. Everyone's journey starts somewhere, and no one is an expert when they first start. Here's a bit of advice: Be intentional about eating healthy, knowing what goes into your body, and exercising regularly. If you ever "don't feel like it", do it anyway. You'll "feel like it" once you see the results.
Good luck! Send me a message if you need any help or have any questions!0 -
Hey good for you, at least you've acknowledged there's a problem and can now fix it! If you take action now, a small consolation is that you never passed 200lb am I right? haha0

I was in the exact same state of shock as you a few months ago. I was 198.3, which I thought must mean my scale was broken! Lol. I've gone slow and steady, reduced my calories (I shutter to think what I was actually eating to maintain that weight because I'm losing at 1700 calories) and in about five months I've lost just about 19 lbs. I'm so glad I started as soon as I hit that realization. You can too. Feel free to friend me as well.0
