Hi,
Is anyone on here doing NutriBullet NutriBlasts in their daily routine? I've been doing them for about a month and a half and some are hit or miss. I mostly go off of my own creativity. Anyone have any recipes for fat burning worth sharing. The one I tried today, from the book was HORRIBLE. This is the first one I don't like.

My favorite drink, I have almost every day.
    Recipe:
    Half avocado
Frozen fruit blend (usually Walmart has them with pineapple, mango and strawberry)
    handful of spinach
    Half scoop Fruitein super green
    squirt of raw agave
fill to top with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk

Other times I skip the frozen fruit blend, throw a whole banana in there and a tsp of coconut oil. Both are awesome!

I have a different brand, but just use what I have. Today was protein powder, vanilla, dry cocoa, seeds, skim milk & ice for 150 cals,15 g protein. Usually add a lite Greek yogurt & no milk, but was out of yogurt today.

Not following all of the recipes. Just use what I have on hand. I posted a question about using pomegranate seeds in it and so far no responses. Just assumed maybe no one was using it. Have you tried pomegranate seeds yet?

I haven't tried pomegranate seeds yet. This is the first time I actually followed one of the actual recipes. I do better on my own. I typically do spinach or kale with a mix of fruit and always top off with my chia/flax seed blend. I only use water, no almond milk or anything else, in order to avoid a higher calorie blast. Only reason I've yet to try pomegranate is because it's on the expensive side. I bought raspberries and plums, which I haven't tried in it before. I love, love, love pear and pineapple. They both work well with whatever you make. Melons also do really well (honeydew adds an amazing natural sweetness). Have you tried the pomegranate yet?

That sounds soooo good. Trying this one. Maybe I do need to use almond milk again. It's only about 40 calories but I'm stingy with the calories. Maybe adding protein will also help to be filling.
