    For today I made a tuna salad with boiled egg, but no photo to show (yet). These were my prepped lunches the past 2 days.

    Grilled vegetables tossed with French herbs (zucchini, eggplant, kohlrabi, pumpkin and red onion) over leafy greens with lentils, olives goat cheese and a mustard vinegar dressing

    Asian marinated chicken, baby corn, sugar snaps and pumpkin over iceberg lettuce with an orange/soy dressing

    1/2 tuna salad sandwich on WW lite toast with 1/2 dozen WW pita chips. I already ate my lunch--have had 3 small meals already today. I usually eat 5-6 smaller meals daily. I f i get hungry I will graze and make horrible choices. TGIF

    Broccoli salad with cheese, bacon, red onion and poppy seed dressing. Yummy.

    Ok I confess, I bought it at Sobeys (local grocer), but it is delicious.

    Boring, but I've eaten the exact same thing for lunch every day at work for years. Salad with lettuce, broccoli, carrots, green pepper and 4 oz of grilled chicken (no dressing), a low-cal yogurt, and an apple.

    raw spinach, kidney beans, cucumbers, tuna, corn, broccoli (no dressing but it was a big heap of food) and a gala apple (trying to be good today as I ate a lot this morn :)

    Kind of crappy but I was in a hurry: leftover lettuce with tomato, avocado, cucumber and pepitas. It was sad, so I chucked on a big blob of cottage cheese. Oddly, I thought it was delicious and satisfying in my office. Go figure.

    Diced jalapeños, green peppers, and red onions sauteed and served on a lean grass fed 8 oz porterhouse that I marinated in an almond amino and tarragon sauce (among other things) for 24 hours. Pan seered on extra virgin and browned with coconut butter, I'd post the picture but alas, I don't know how :'(

    I tend to have the same lunch, every day. For no other reason than it is easy to make and has protein.

    Half a sandwich with no-salt added tuna, regular mayo, low sodium sweet relish; a piece of fruit (lately an apple); a piece of chocolate (the type of chocolate varies.)

    This is what I'm having. It's totally budget comfort food. Chickpea and frozen vegetable curry, with an arugula and spinach salad. I *want* to be able to eat everything in the curry bowl, but experience has taught me that while the mind is willing, the body is no longer able.

    Soy chorizo (bought at trader joe's just to try it and yum!) sauteed with sliced mini sweet peppers, onion, and crimini mushrooms then put into a couple warmed small corn tortillas with some full fat plain yogurt mixed with a little chipotle in adobo sauce. Amazingggggg
