I fell off the wagon during the holidays but I'm ready to get rid of these extra 10 lbs and would like to lose an extra 5. Doesn't anyone have any tips? Please feel free to add me as a friend as I'd sure appreciate the motivation!
Thanks,
Monika

I gain 5 pounds EVERY year during the holidays.
Embrace it.

A lifestyle change is exactly what I'm aiming for; without those extra 10lbs.0

Good Luck on losing your weight. You can do it. I have lost 14 pounds since Jan.26. I lost by going on walks & watch what I eat.0

Thank you for the feedback as it's truly appreciated! I enjoy some vigorous cardio routines plus weight training as well. I look forward to going back to the gym 3-4X a week effective immediately.
Not going to lie and will tell you all that I've enjoyed the time off! Lol0 -
