HI, I'm new to this too - have recently been seriously ill, which had one benefit - I lost 2 stone - now my maintenance calories are the daily target that I used to successfully lose weight before I was ill. So I'm in need of support to adapt to a lower calorie target daily. Luckily, I'm off fatty foods & alcohol as I recover, so that should help.0

Hi Vic, I have dropped 5 kilos in three weeks, no alcohol and boringly sensible calorie intake. Training a lot as well though, too much probaby!0
