Thank you! Just DRINK A LOT OF WATER! I cut out every drink besides water, maybe tea and coffee as a treat once a week. I also cut out most bread. I only eat like maybe one to two pieces of bread a week, also no fast food at all! Or any fried food at home! I just portioned my food better as well as exercising almost 6 times a week for about an hour or longer ! I've been at it since June!0
