I'm 54 years old and tried many different diets sometimes lost weight but put it back on plus more. I've never lost hope. Still trying. I'm vegetarian. Despite being on lower calories than recommended daily allowance I still find the weight does not shift. I do yoga for an hour most mornings and take half hour walk at least 3 times a week. Is anybody out there going through the same? I'm 5ft 4 in. And weigh 68 kg. I need to lose at least 8 kg.
Any advice or help appreciated

54 also. Trying to get back on track. I was on this site/app some years ago. I have to learn my way around it again . Anyway, I have always been then and fit. I don't diet, but I eat healthy. Since late 40's started gaining weight and can't stop and I was working out like a fiend. I gave up but am trying to get back to it. But everything aches now. Getting old is for the birds.0
