Don't get discouraged. You've lost 13 lbs in less than 2 months, that's awesome. Don't go below the 1200 calories there is no need to and it may encourage you to binge if you get too hungry. You're doing great and you've hit a plateau. Just keep doing what you're doing and try not to get too discouraged if you hit a few week bump in the road0

My standard suggestion/tip is to do some reading.juliet3455 wrote: »Visit the Eat-Train-Progress group and read the pinned topics. If you click on the little STAR you can bookmark the topic for future reference.

Try the USDA site as a cross reference for nutrition values of different food diary entries.

@blankiefinder She Nailed it when it comes to Logging accurately.blankiefinder wrote: »By the way, if I haven't found an entry that lists the grams, I keep looking for a different entry. This ( Most Food ) item is already listed a bunch of times. Better to edit and correct one that is already there than add to the database mess that exists now.
My personal Bias is to use grams ( 100 gm ) as it makes the math easy especially when you use a scale and WEIGH EVERYTHING. Not 2 tablespoons ( 32 gm ) just use the values from the product label and confirm it with the un-biased nutritional information from the USDA web site at 100 gm.0 -
Hya, I feel the same at the moment I seem to have stopped losing weight or its slowed right down but I'm doing everything I was doing if not more exercise and a lot cleaner eating. Don't get discouraged keep up the good work.
I wonder if there is any real reason behind it good luck x0
