Hey, my name is Lana. I'm quite new to this. I have put on unite a bit of weight, which I'm not happy about and I'm going on holiday in June so my goal is to lose it by then. I love healthy food but admit I also have a very sweet tooth and struggle with portion sizes
Any support or motivation would be great. X

I have lost weight using the app. Just adding what you eat makes you more aware of over eating. For example, if what to hang out Friday I save calories during the week. This allows for a beer or two on any Friday. My goal now is too loose ten pounds. We can support each other.0

Hi Lana- Welcome! MFP has been a HUGE help to me to watch what and how much I'm eating. I have lost almost 10 lbs in the last month by just eating better. I have been concentrating on eating whole foods rather then processed freezer foods, and it has been a huge help! Good Luck!0
