you are NOT the person u see staring back at u in that dreaded mirror??
you are NOT in the body that u carry around?
i am one of those people who have the infamous "double stomach". i have a top belly, and a bottom belly. with the nice crease in between the two. i was once 305 lbs and have had two children, so while the majority of it is now skin, its still there. anways, i was running the other day and i could feel the bottom portion hitting me. and i remember telling myself... this CANNOT be me. ive come so far. ive worked so hard WHY wont this go away! again monday night i was in class and we were doing plank jacks, and i had to pull back from doing them bc u could literally HEAR my bottom stomach hitting the rest of my body. talk about embarrassing! anyways, i remember thinking to myself, imma pretty fit chick. i work out like crazy, i can run 5 miles, i do double workouts a day, how is it possible to STILL have this on me. i was just wondering if anybody ever feels that way when they look in the mirror? was there once a time u did feel this way, and how do i over come it??

I hate my stomach, it seems like it just doesn't wanna go down. I fear the day I have kids, because It is going to make it that much harder!
I too have no advice for you other than to keep building the muscle under there.0 -
I can only imagine what you are going through...especially what having kids can do to a womans body. My wife and I have two kids...From what I can tell though, you are very strong willed and you will get to the point where you will like what you see every day. Keep your head up!0
