Have been using mfp for a couple years but only used it for tracking my cals .
Truthfully I didn't even know this community side existed untill a friend told me about it tonight so just saying hi

I'm in Canada and 2 years ago I was 245 lbs ! I started using fitness pal and I dropped to 185 in about 10 mnths then I switched my focus to lifting wieghts and have been doing that for the past 1.5 year I guess and now Ive been working on gaining a bit of size so I've increased my cals and am doing a little bulk hoping to gain 10 lbs of real muscle when I'm done.0
