Have been using mfp for a couple years but only used it for tracking my cals .
Truthfully I didn't even know this community side existed untill a friend told me about it tonight so just saying hi

I'm in Canada and 2 years ago I was 245 lbs ! I started using fitness pal and I dropped to 185 in about 10 mnths then I switched my focus to lifting wieghts and have been doing that for the past 1.5 year I guess and now Ive been working on gaining a bit of size so I've increased my cals and am doing a little bulk hoping to gain 10 lbs of real muscle when I'm done.

So if you set to public does everyone see your actual food choices or just calories per meal ?
