Mmkay, so here goes...

Hello. I'm Miki and I'm about 275 lbs. I am trying to lose weight and get healthier. I'm starting my serious weight loss journey. People my height, 5'5", are supposed to be around 132lbs average. I'm going to aim for 150 and go from there. I do have days when I get off track and eat bad-for-me food but I always come back to my diet and even if I don't log it, I do exercise. I'm on the Paleo diet lifestyle. It's hard to get used to, but not too bad. Any motivation helps greatly. I struggle with motivation to exercise and even to eat.
