Squat challenge

I'm in my 4th week of a 16 week squat challenge. I do see noticeable gains.. but thinking of adding weights to some of the exercises. Thoughts?

Try progressing slowly and you will see the benefits.
Start of with about 2kg/5lb Dumbbells in each hand and build it up.0 -
