How to enter the 30 Day Shred

I have just started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video and am usure of what to log it in as for exercise. What are others doing?

    I've got the same question but for Bob Harper's new cardio workout DVD.

    I was just going to enter it as aerobic exercise for however long I do it for. What do you think?

    I do 18 minutes circuit training for 30DS

    most people say log 30ds as 25 minutes of circuit training

    i have been logging it under "circuit training" and after finally using a heart rate monitor last night, i am happy to report it right in line with MFP : so, i'd continue to use "circuit training" until you have access to an HRM.

    I track it as 20 min circuit training. I don't count the cool down.
