I have just started the Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred video and am usure of what to log it in as for exercise. What are others doing?

I was just going to enter it as aerobic exercise for however long I do it for. What do you think?0 -

most people say log 30ds as 25 minutes of circuit training0

i have been logging it under "circuit training" and after finally using a heart rate monitor last night, i am happy to report it right in line with MFP : so, i'd continue to use "circuit training" until you have access to an HRM.0
