Grilled beets with Goat Cheese

Slice 1/4 " Slices grill brush on olive oil when almost done, sprinkle fresh ground pepper and add goat cheese. Yummy

  Beets and goats cheese go together like.... um... two things that REALLY go together. I like them tossed with baby spinach and a balsamic reduction.

  My favorite salad is beets, goat cheese and smoked salmon. So delicious. This looks great too!
