The first picture I'm going to post is a before/after from a failed attempt at losing weight. It says 260 but I actually was 270 (and I didn't want to admit it). The one it's attached to says 221, and that is accurate. The second one is from this morning, and I weigh 249 currently. My face didn't balloon up as badly as the first time I hit 270, but its still not great.

This was from 140lbs to 115lbs. One of the unfortunate things i experienced was a loss of fat under my eyes. Although i can always get fillers like restalyne. I'd rather have that then chunky cheeks as i did before.0 -
Having just one chin has been the best side-effect of weight loss. However, the fat in my face tended to fill my wrinkles. What I'm not spending on fast food I'm now spending on wrinkle cream.0

I had the same problem. The only way to plump up the skin in those areas is through fillers unfortunately.

Before and after about 25 lbs? Still have a ways to go, and my face will continue to thin out a lot more.0 -
And...this was when I was at my goal weight before...

WOW! Awesome weight loss!0 -
I see lots of heavier people who have reduced and look great, wonderful definition, like different people. My concern is I'm only slightly overweight and older, and I'm afraid to get that gaunt look that some older women have. I already have prominent cheekbones and jawline (French Canadian/native ancestry). Anyone have any solutions for that?0

First of all I'd like to say that every single one of you look fab! Great work everyone. I dropped 40lbs between pictures but still have the cheeks lol

check out realself.com for reviews but from what i've seen people have great results with lasers (skin elasticity and collagen production) and hylauronic acid fillers (restalyne, juvederm, botelero, etc.) which plumps up under the skin and can be contoured according to what you like.
I have sad sad nights where i look at random cosmetic procedures and how they work, LOL0 -

Yep but it was not a straight line down. There was a while there where my face looked puffier as I lost weight.
