Starving without carbs??

This is more of a little reminder!!
People spend their days starving themselves trying to lose weight, that's the first mistake. Not everyone wants to lose weight, they want to lose fat! And EVERYONE knows carbs is well the devil when it comes to being skinny.

That's not true at all, people hve to realise carbs is one of the most important macros! Yes there carbs is bad but there's also good carbs, the carbs that make you feel full, the carbs that give you energy to get thru your day! Those are called complex carbs! And everyone needs complex carbs! Don't forget that!

Lose size people but the main reason is to be happy, confident, energetic, fit and live a long life! Don't put your body thru extremes! Everything good comes in time, patience is the key to success!

    Some good points. The important thing is that 'losing weight' isn't a temporary thing, after which you can go back to eating the way you were before. The way you were eating before makes you gain weight - you can never go back. Once you're at goal, you'll still need track your food and exercise, long-term, using maintenance calories.

    The best way to lose and keep it off is to make changes to your diet that you like - eat foods you enjoy, don't cut out entire food groups without good reason, don't make yourself miserable. Then, when you get to maintenance, you can keep eating similar things but with slightly larger portions, or more snacks.
