short grain rice - Nutritional values

I am tracking with WW and MFP and I cooked 100g of waitrose essential short grain rice. In all places the typical calories is given as 300 odd, apart from on the actual packet. On the packaging it says 112 cals per 100g and 67 per 180g cooked. Does anyone have any idea how this can be? its the difference between 3 or 6 WW points.

I think their packaging must be wrong. Do you think I could sue them for messing up my diet?0
