edited November 13 in Goal: Maintaining Weight
Today marks 1095 days if logging, that's three years. I lost 90lbs and have now maintained that loss, staying within "5" pounds of my goal for more than two years. Thank You MFP for a great tool, you ROCK!!!

I agree. It helps for the long haul. I give myself 2 days off. I don't log Saturday or Sunday. I generally have a rotating 3 lbs that is there waiting for me on Monday morning!
When I first started several years ago I logged every day until I got to my goal....now I am in maintenance mode.

The digital scale is so a great tool! I love the scale! I use it every day just like I eat every day!

Well done! I agree, consistent logging is the way to do it. I find that when I don't weigh and measure my food I overeat everything and gain. So I will do this for as long as it takes and if that is forever that is okay by me.

It's great for showing your body, who's boss, I now finally hit 1 year of maintaining but nearly at 600 days of loggin, obviously a big portion of that was just the weight loss journey.
