I recently stopped drinking coca cola I was drinking two litres a day to myself maybe more and I stopped 6 days ago I have notice I am saving money too but today I nearly had a blip my husband bought a can for him self earlier today whilst I got bottle water I was so temper to have a little taste but my husband being perfect as he wouldn't let me I felt so proud for one moment that I didn't have a drink my achievement for the day

    I know they are I have brokena few habits in my time if I can do that I can this thanks everyone you have all given me more motivation to keep going
