Getting dressed to go to the gym soon...who want to come along?

I hope you find some movement you enjoy today!

I'll be starting at home with about 10 minutes of yoga. Simply 5 different poses I selected from the excellent book:

Then heading to the gym to do Week 1 Session 2 of my beginning running program from the book, "The Beginning Runners Handbook" (get me to a 10k at the end of 13 weeks...and I'm NOT a fast runner). Read it a long time a ago and have photocopies of the program. Don't know if it's changed at all:

While at the gym, I'll also do Day 3 of:

I'm building up slowly but happy to be moving.
