Healthy Spaghetti Ideas!

I recently discovered black bean spaghetti and I want to try it out! I just don't know what to make it with. May as well start with normal spaghetti based ideas.
I already have jajangmyeon on my list, I'm just missing the black bean paste.
I'd prefer Mediterranean based foods since those are the types ingredients I have around the house. Though, I am willing to try more things.

Never had it before, but I just tried soba noodles recently and think you could do it with the black bean spaghetti.... It's a stirfry recipe.
I'm the worst person to give out a recipe because I never follow one, but I'm going to guesstimate it for you.
Start with chicken cut up into strips.
And what ever veggies you want in it, I usually use the frozen packages because it's quick.
Cook chicken
1 cup chicken broth
1 tablespoon black bean sauce (I like golden dragon thick black bean sauce)
1 tablespoon soya sauce
2 tablespoons corn starch
I combine all the liquid and corn starch together before adding it to the chicken and veggies, if it's too thick I add the chicken broth, if it's too thin then I add a little bit more corn starch/broth
I always add the cornstarch to liquid before adding it to the pan, just so it doesn't gum up and get lumpy0 -

Remember the cornstarch thickens as it cooks, so adjust consistency after it has simmered for a few minutes.0 -
