First thing this morning, I had a protein drink. Two hours later,I had four egg whites with one string cheese.0

Bad breakfast day today as I was running late..50g Cheerios with semi-skimmed milk and one organic-fed chicken drumstick. Tomorrow will be better, i'll get to bed earlier and haul my *kitten* up0

Homemade onion bread toasted with extra sharp vermont cheddar and a side of grapes&strawberries.0

Gluten free, wheat free rolled oats with PB powder, blueberry preserves, and raisins. About a cup all together and only 300 calories, plus very filling!!0

We slept in a little, then had to hurry, so mine was odd, but delicious. 2 pieces trader joes sprouted fiber wheat bread toasted (I'm totally addicted to it lol), with a piece of jalapeño bologna (so good), 2 eggs microwaved in a coffee cup, yellow mustard and some chipotle. I also had a 1 oz chunk of white cheddar while stuff was cooking.
Very weird even for me but it was so good and kept me full about 4 hours.0 -
I'm so random! I had oatmeal, celery, and peanut butter! It was the best I could do before running out the door.0

My fiance made me a veggie power smoothie this morning (he's juicing this week) but I was starving 2 hours later so I just made myself a Special K oatmeal cup. I usually have a P28 bagel with natural PB. Keeps me full from 7:30am-1pm.0

Today I'm having the water from 1 young thai coconut, a green juice & a big bowl of raw chocolate banana ice cream for breakfast.0

Is it crazy that I have around 800 cal for breakfast each day? This includes 2 protein pancakes with syrup, 1 scrambled egg with cheese, yogurt parfait (strawberries, blueberries, granola), a side of fruit and 125ml juice 125ml water).0

2 eggs over easy 2 bacon green peppers, red peppers, onion, broccoli cheddar cheese and cottage cheese. I love my breakfast. I don't like sweets in the morning.0

I have a fridge full of leftovers this week so I am had homemade cream of chicken soup with rice and peas. Odd choice, but yummy and filling!0

Omlet made with 1/2 cup garden vegetable Egg Creations, 1 tbsp sweet onion, 1/4 cup celery, filled with 1/4 cup fire roasted tomatoes and 2 triangle of light Laughing Cow cheese. Slice of whole grain g.f. toast on the side. Around 200 cals. and totally delicious. And coffee ...... can't forget the coffee!0

2 hard boiled eggs (shapes like bunnies) + some greek yogurt with some dried cranberries and chia seeds and a sprinkle of red velvet cake mix to make it turn pink!0

Spinach and feta omelet with a tortilla. More calories than I usually eat for breakfast, but I was way under my calories yesterday, so I was hungry.0

No because it is super easy for me to eat that as well, lol.
That being said, I am eating out for lunch, so had a "light" breakfast and had ....
Barista K Cup Coffee - Columbian Coffee, 2 cup 2
Cream - Half and half, 4 tbsp 78
Generic - Table Sugar, 6 tsp 90
Prairie Farms - Cottage Cheese 2%, 1/2 cup 90
Generic - Banana Peeled - Grams, 100 grams 89
Total 349 for the morning. (I do weigh the cottage cheese in grams, fyi.)

1 pack of quaker cinnamon apple oatmeal and a mandarin orange with a few glasses of water. 167 calories and I feel pretty full0

Use gram for all items that I can. Really trying to get the fiber up, carbs down, protein up, fats down and add more water than just coffee or iced tea. Total for breakfast - 168 calories0 -
