I'm 5'0" and my goal weight is 115. Honestly, I haven't been that small since high school. I'm 30 now, so it's been awhile. I'm not even sure what 115 would be like anymore, so what I guess I'm trying to say is that my goal number may change as I get closer, but 115 puts me in a healthy weight range at least.0

I'm 5 feet tall and dont have a goal weight. I would like to be a size 6 and think I will be happy with that. The scale is just a number, body fat percentage and body shape are more important to me.0

I am 5'1" - my ideal goal is 105, my healthy goal is 110 and my current weight is around 114. I'm having trouble with the whole "how much does increase in muscle increase weight" thing though so I don't know where I'll end up.0

Im 5'1-5'2 and am 170 with an ultimate goal of 125 with muscle. I was around 125 a few years ago then all this weight just piled on. I think it was my anxiety medicine coupled with a move from working at a gym to having a desk job,. Then I got half my thyroid taken out so I think that is adding some difficulty.0

I'm a scootch under 5', medium-sized frame and almost 54. I'm aiming for 118~120. In my 20's I was 110, but after kids I discovered I looked best around 118.0

Just over the curve - I'm 5'1.5". One part of me is looking for 125; another part is looking for 135. Subject to input from my doctor and awareness of body composition (body fat vs. bmi, etc.).0

I'm 5'1" (large framed) and am aiming to lose about 2-4% BF. I'm 130 lbs now (~27% BF) and am not too concerned with my weight at this point, just doing a bit of recomp. I might lose a few more lbs since I'm pretty muscular to begin with.0

5'0 here, and the initial goal is 125. I started at 250, and 125 puts me at the top of the BMI. Once I'm there (hoping to do it in the next year to year and a half) I'll reevaluate the current diet/exercise mix.0

I'm 5'1'' and originally aimed for 110 as my goal- but I'm about 125 now and after putting in lots of work at the gym think 115 might be perfect in the end Rather than a firm number I'm more interested in fitting comfortably back in my size 4 clothes (and looking toned in a bikini).0

I'm 5'1" and my current goal is 160. When I get down to 160 I'll decide if I want to go for 140. I haven't been 120 since high school (and that was 20+ years ago) and I have no desire to do the work to get that far.0

I'm 5'0" and my initial goal is 125. I started at 148.7 and am now 127. I'm thinking of maybe getting down to 120.0

I am 4'10" and started tracking in October 2014 at 168lbs. I am currently 146lbs through diet and walking 3 miles per week. My initial goal is to hit 140lbs. When I meet that, I plan to increase my fitness goals and see if I can make it to 125lbs. I am not as concerned, now, with the final number on the scale as I am with my fitness and body fat percentage. I started tracking at 32% body fat. I am not sure what I am at right now, but reducing that percentage is much more important to me.0

I'm 5'2. I started at 171 with a goal weight of 135. I hit tht and lowered it to 125. I hit that and lowered it again to 120. I hit that and am at peace with myself.

I am 5'0 my current goal weight is 125. I have been as high as 210 before and my current weight is about 142. I am dealing with 10 pounds of a regain.0

At 5'1 I'd like to see 130 but I could live with 140-1450

I am 5' and my goal is to not be the same width as I am height lol, in all seriousness 5 weeks ago I was 204 lbs today I am 195 lbs my ideal weight (for myself and not what is believed to be acceptable) would be 140 lbs. A long way to go but I am sure I will do it. Even then I will be classed as overweight!!!0
