Hey, how do you guys log the PIYO? I am sure this has been asked before I just want to make sure I am logging it correctly!

    Right now I've just got it as Pilates - but I only do it once a week, so I haven't taken the time to really create my own entry.

    I've been using Aerobics-general to track mine, for lack of knowing what else to put it under.
  • It's frustrating as I know doing Core, I've burned more than 96 calories which is what it says for Pilates:(
  • I enter mine as cardio and make a new workout with the name. I have burned over 200 calories with Piyo sweat....but if I don't wear my heart rate monitor then i enter 1 cal burned.

    Wear a heartrate monitor and log that way. :)
