If you like bananas and peanut butter...

Okay so it's not exactly a recipe, but I did this last night and it was so amazing that I had to share it.
- Cut bananas into slices (no more than 1/2" thick) and freeze overnight
- Put some peanut butter in a dish and heat in the microwave so that it's thin - I used natural peanut butter and put it in for two 30-second increments stirring in between (regular peanut butter might take longer)
- Drizzle peanut butter over frozen bananas
The peanut butter will harden again on the bananas, and the heat from it will thaw them slightly. The combination of taste and texture is extremely satisfying.
You're welcome!

that sounds good. I sometimes dip a banana in peanut butter, but this could be a good option with a slightly different texture and temperature. I will try it.0

Food porn!
PB2 is also not bad, for recipes like this. I have sliced a banana, sprinkled it with PB2 and a handful of chocolate chips, then baked it for a few minutes.0 -
That sounds so good! I usually dip a banana in peanut butter for a snack, so I will definitely try this!0

Has anyone done the math on the calorie count for each slice? It sounds like a great snack.0

Depends how much each slice weighs and the weight of the PB0 -
